Why I love Nordstrom’s



Why I love Nordstrom’s, originally uploaded by revrev.

While getting my old shoes shined, the shiner put black polish on my brown shoes. But since Nordstrom has the best customer service on Earth, they replaced them completely free of charge. Amazing.
